The Heaford Plate & Tape Demounter range is designed to accommodate a variety of sleeve sizes and flexographic production requirements. The system supports sleeve widths up to 1000mm, 1500mm, 1800mm and 2200mm, alongside printing repeats ranging from 260mm to 1250mm (10.25” to 49”).
A rubber roller system distributes force evenly across the full plate width to support smooth and damage-free plate removal, while an integrated pressure roller secures the sleeve throughout the demounting process. A full-width foot pedal enables easy sleeve rotation with minimal operator effort, supporting efficient and ergonomic operation.
