The FTS range is available in both cylinder and sleeve-dedicated configurations, with web width options of 500mm (19.6”), 700mm (27.5”) and 900mm (35.4”). The system supports repeat ranges from 155mm (6”) up to 610mm (24”) or 876mm (34.4”), providing flexibility across a wide variety of flexographic applications.
Engineered for precision and ease of operation, the FTS range features a 21.5” touchscreen colour monitor, centre laser plate alignment and toolless quick-change adaptors for faster setup and improved workflow efficiency. Two 50x magnification digital HD colour cameras deliver exceptional mounting visibility and highly accurate plate positioning.

A range of optional accessories and workflow enhancements is available to further optimise the FTS range for specific production requirements. These include rear- or pivoting-arm tape roll application units, tape and plate cutting units, pre-register alignment systems, and advanced camera measurement functionality.
