The AutoMounter range is available in both cylinder and sleeve-dedicated configurations, supporting maximum face widths of up to 700mm (27.5”) and repeat ranges from 150mm (6”) up to 815mm (32”). Designed for high-performance flexographic production environments, the system combines advanced automation with exceptional mounting precision to deliver fast, repeatable results across demanding workflows.
Equipped with a 21.5” touchscreen colour monitor and a job library capable of storing more than 100,000 jobs, the AutoMounter range is built to improve operational efficiency and streamline repeat production tasks. Advanced technologies, including the Digital Vision System (DVS), automatic image recognition and 50x monochrome HD digital cameras, enable highly accurate camera positioning with precision of up to +/- 5 microns for consistent mounting performance.
Options
