The Heaford PPMPT range has been developed to combine corrugated post print mounting and proofing within a single highly configurable system, enabling accurate plate verification and register control before production begins. Designed for dependable repeatability and operator efficiency, the system incorporates precision mounting technology, proofing functionality and advanced camera positioning to support consistent corrugated prepress performance.
Built around a robust cast table ground to high flatness tolerances and a precision ground aluminium proof drum, the PPMPT range delivers stable and repeatable mounting and proofing results across demanding production environments. Servo-driven cameras with unique loop measurement technology and low-friction ball screw positioning provide highly accurate and repeatable camera positioning while maintaining intuitive HMI-based workflow control.
The Heaford PPMPT range is available in web widths of 2600mm (102”), 3000mm (118”) and 3600mm (142”), supporting maximum carrier sheet lengths of up to 1680mm (66”). Designed for highly accurate corrugated mounting and proofing performance, the system incorporates two 50x magnification HD colour digital inspection cameras alongside a large 27” colour monitor for enhanced visibility and workflow management.
Advanced servo-driven positioning technology enables precise camera movement and highly repeatable mounting accuracy, with positional tolerances of up to +/- 0.002mm available on the 2CS model.
A range of optional accessories and workflow enhancements is available to further optimise the PPMPT range for specific corrugated production requirements.
